In accordance with the applicable laws, in particular Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), hereinafter referred to as the TODO, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (hereinafter referred to as the Act), we undertake to maintain the security and confidentiality of personal data obtained from you. All therapists have been adequately trained to process your personal data.
Our company, as the Administrator of Personal Data, has implemented appropriate safeguards and technical and organizational measures. This is to ensure the highest level of personal data protection. In this way we ensure compliance with the law and reliability of data processing.
2 All inquiries, requests, complaints regarding the processing of personal data by our company (the Personal Data Administrator), hereinafter referred to as the Submissions, should be sent to the following e-mail address: kwantomed@gmail.com or in writing to the address of the Personal Data Administrator, Kwantomed Sp. z o.o., Ks. This information is necessary for us to carry out diagnostics, to develop an individual nutritional concept, to develop an optimal therapeutic procedure, to communicate with you by e-mail and by telephone to exchange information.
